Our approach
CMCVS.org is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, readable type, responsive layouts, descriptive link and image text, form labels and errors, reduced-motion support, and contrast-conscious colors.
Supported use
The site is intended to work on current versions of major browsers, mobile devices, keyboards, screen readers, screen magnification, and browser text enlargement. External resources linked from the site are controlled by their respective organizations and may have different accessibility support.
Known and future considerations
CMCVS will review accessibility again when adding payments, document upload, appointment scheduling, client or partner portals, events, multilingual content, or embedded third-party tools. Those additions can introduce new barriers if not tested carefully.
Need another format or assistance?
If a page, form, document, or resource is difficult to use, send a general inquiry. Describe the page, the barrier, the assistive technology or device involved if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or help you need. A dedicated accessibility email and phone contact can be added after CMCVS approves public contact details.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. CMCVS welcomes specific feedback and will prioritize barriers that prevent people from requesting help, finding crisis information, navigating resources, or understanding the organization's services and limitations.
