CMCVS.org provides nonprofit information, resource education, navigation, intake, and referral pathways. Information on the site is general and may not account for every visitor's circumstances, eligibility, location, deadlines, or changes made by an outside provider.
No emergency service

No professional or accredited-representative relationship
Using this website or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client, healthcare-provider, fiduciary, benefits-representative, case-management, or other professional relationship. CMCVS does not claim that it or its representatives are currently VA-accredited. When claims representation is needed, visitors should use VA's official accredited-representative directory.
No guaranteed result
CMCVS does not guarantee benefits, eligibility, financial assistance, shelter, housing placement, employment, education, legal representation, treatment, referrals, response times, or another outcome. Services depend on organizational capacity and the rules and availability of outside programs.

Donations
Donations are voluntary and do not purchase a guaranteed service or outcome. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; donors should retain acknowledgments and consult their tax advisor. Payment methods will be provided through the activated payment processor.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or intentionally false content; probe or disrupt the site; impersonate another person; bypass security controls; or submit sensitive credentials and records through forms not designed to receive them.
Content and trademarks
Unless otherwise identified, CMCVS site copy, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to CMCVS. Government and public-domain photographs remain subject to their source notices and credited authorship. “CMCVS” badges or widgets may be used only under future published partner standards and approval.
Changes and availability
CMCVS may update site content, resources, policies, or functionality as programs develop. Features may be changed, paused, or removed. Material policy changes should receive a revised effective date.
